About The Studio Owner

The Studio Owner is an English-language resource for people who run Pilates and boutique fitness studios in the United States, Canada, and Australia. The guides compare studio booking software and Pilates insurance using pages those companies publish. Original class-pricing data and a software true-cost calculator are not on the site yet.

Johnny Ni runs this site. He also runs a Pilates reformer business, hesurepilates.com.

How the guides are written

Software pages use published prices, card fees and contract terms, and each figure links to the page it came from. A missing number is written as "not published". Insurance pages describe coverage types and what each provider says on its own Pilates or fitness page. They do not list prices.

Some links are meant to be affiliate or referral links. A commission would not change a figure or the order of a comparison. The affiliate disclosure explains how those links work before a tracking URL is added. The guides do not rank vendors.
